Refund & Return Policy

Physical Products

Our refund and/or return policy period is fourteen days from the date of purchase for physical products that we ship. After fourteen days your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund or return. To be eligible for a refund and/or return within the fourteen day period you must first contact us for a refund and return authorization.

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser by the same means payment was tendered after returned goods are received. Returned goods must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Physical products that were damaged or lost in shipping must be presented to the shipping carrier for a damage or lost package claim. All physical products we ship will be fully insured.

Return shipping fees, including tracking numbers and full value insurance, for returns are your responsibility.

Class & Course Rescheduling

Rescheduling by clients sometimes occurs. It also generates a large expense for CompleteCPR LLC and our staff. The reservation of your spot in class results in lost time for preparation and could have been utilized by others. For this reason we have instituted a $20.00 rescheduling fee, per occurrence, to be assessed at our sole discretion. All classes and courses must be completed within 31 days of enrollment.

Class & Course Cancellations

All digital, virtual, or instructional services are non-returnable. All sales of this classification are final and non-refundable unless excepted as described below.

Courses or classes that we must cancel will be refunded 100%. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was tendered to us.

Purchaser initiated course or class cancellation is permitted no sooner two weeks prior to the scheduled course or class date provided no coursework has commenced and will result in a full refund to the original purchaser via the method which payment was tendered to us. Coursework that has commenced or has been submitted at any time is not eligible for cancellation and will not be refunded.

Special Cases Not Specified

All other situations resulting in missed classes or tardiness are handled on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. Classes and Courses not completed within the 31 day time limit are not refundable and will require re-enrollment at the current tuition to continue.
